Chris Kline

Chris Kline is a Vice President of DevOps strategy for CA Technologies. In that role he seeks for practical ways to make the promises of DevOps viable in everyday situations. Chris focuses on outbound activities to link the voice of the customer more closely to the CA software factory. He acts as the chief evangelist for CA’s DevOps business.  

Previously, Chris was a VP for product management in the Application Performance Management (APM) business.  In that role, he set the direction and strategy for CA’s APM solution and prioritized product backlogs and feature requests.  Before joining product management, Chris worked as a technical presales consultant in APM for many years. He has extensive experience with APM-related products. Prior to CA, Chris worked as a middleware architect and IT specialist at IBM, where he submitted 7 patents. 

Chris attended Brigham Young University where he graduated Cum Laude with degrees in BS in Business Management and Master of Information Systems Management. When not flying all over the world for CA, Chris enjoys mountain biking the Rocky Mountains and is father of 3 girls who keep him busy with extreme drama queening. Chris lives in Denver, Colorado.
